Rhino Head

Where does DG get this? When she feels thwarted, she yells "Rhino head!", lowers her head, scrapes her left foot on the floor a few times, and then charges, knocking the offending parent (that would be me) onto the couch with her five-year old fury. Is this just her great imagination (it is great), or is it from some annoying Nickelodeon show from which I should probably be able to recover damages (for weakened abdominal muscles). If anyone knows, do tell.

Probably adaptive behaviour. Fairly common, I guess your just a great mum and role model.

Don't know but if you get a chance have a look at a British sitcom caled outnumbered. It does not have the answer either but it will make your side s ache, make you smile quietly to yourself and even shed a tear once in while. Its in its third season so the DVD's should be on Amazon.

Outnumbered is ace. Even better when you consider the kids lines are all ad libbed.

Cookie: Yes, putting an ocean between you and a female does tend to limit her ability to kick you in the gonads.

Birdman: I don't go around with my torso at right angles to my legs (and parallel to the ground), yelling "Rhino Head!" while I knock people over, even if I wish I did, but perhaps she's modelling on my unconcious thoughts. And I'll watch some Outnumbered clips tonight. It looks hilarious. Thanks.

Cookie: Is this a money-making opportunity for my offspring?
